My daughter is 4 and has quad CP. She currently attends Rainbow House in Chorley 4 days a week and is preogressing well. She is due to start school in September 09 which will make getting to Chorley difficult (as we live near Leeds). We are looking into the possibility of a Conductor visiting our daughter at home or at school for 2 sessions a week. Does anyone know how this service could be provided?
